We often put too much emphasis on the step of doom and that all “important” number on the scales. Our advice to you is to ditch the scales. Focus on eating well, exercising more and feeling good in what you wear. Your body weight will fluctuate due to water and hormones etc., and not seeing the number you were hoping for can have a real negative impact especially when you hop on the scales after a good week, when you are feeling great and your clothes look great then BOOM !!!! It’s all downhill because the scales don’t reflect that!
