Bootcamps with BMR
We have combined the hard work and effort of a boot camp and added in our favourite parts of a retreat to give you a superb all round fitness holiday. We offer 3 day, 5 day and 7 day weight loss and fitness programmes to fit around your lifestyle.
Our training programmes are designed with you in mind. Our lead trainer Jake adapts the programme for each group to ensure that you work to the best level that you can.
We make hard work fun! Your bootcamp experience is about your personal journey. Programs are varied and activities include boxing, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, walking and maybe even wall climbing and surfing. There are also guest speakers and workshops. Past topics have covered alcohol habits, emotional eating triggers, mindset and resilience in addition to the nutrition, weight loss and digestion sessions.
We want you to start working on your goals during your time at bootcamp.
We are not a quick fix diet camp and during your stay you will enjoy plenty of nutritious, tasty food.
That said, previous guests have lost 5/6 lbs and the equivalent number of inches during a 3 day bootcamp and during a 5 or 7 day stay this can be up to 7-10lbs.

FOOD & NUTRITION
We provide you with three main meals and two snacks per day. Portion sizes, calories and macros are planned with your activity levels in mind so that you have enough energy to get through each of the sessions.
Our nutrition workshops give you advice tips and ideas on how to work a healthy diet into your lifestyle. You also get to take away all of the recipes so you can keep up the good work when you get home. We cater for all dietary requirements. Just let us know what you need when you make your booking.
QUALITY V QUANTITY
We take no more than 12 residents at any one time. Our team is friendly, and we have a very nurturing and supportive environment. Our programme is busy and hard work at times, but we also know how to have FUN, and if it isn't challenging you it isn't changing you!

Our bootcamps are held at Outfields Farm, a stunning rural location in the Bedfordshire countryside and winner of Channel 4’s TV programme “Four in a Bed” . We are 40 minutes from London by train to Bedford station and just 30 minutes drive from Milton Keynes.
We have 5 lovely cottages with options to suit all budgets. There is a 2 bedroom cottage which can sleep up to 4 people. We have 3 twin rooms and a 1 bedroom cottage. All cottages have en-suite facilities, wi-fi and access to laundry facilities.
