Bootcamps with BMR
We have combined the hard work and effort of a boot camp and added in elements of a retreat to give you a superb all round fitness holiday. We offer 3 day, 5 day and 7 day weight loss and fitness programmes to fit around your lifestyle.
Our training programmes are designed with you in mind. Our lead trainer Jake adapts the programme for each group to ensure that you work to the best level that you can.
We make hard work fun! If there are elements of the program that aren’t working for you, we can adapt it. Your bootcamp experience is about your personal journey. Programs are varied and range from boxing to yoga, HIIT to Pilates and walking to wall climbing. You will also attend a variety of workshops. Topics include growth mindset, nutrition, weight-loss and food prep.
We want you to achieve your goals during your time at bootcamp.
We are not a quick fix diet camp and during your stay you will enjoy plenty of nutritious tasty food.
That said, previous guests have lost 5/6 lbs and the equivalent number of inches during a 3 day bootcamp and during a 5 or 7 day stay this can be up to 7-10lbs.

FOOD & NUTRITION
We provide you with three main meals and two snacks per day. Portion sizes are controlled, and the menu is designed to support you through the exercise programmes so that you have enough energy to get through each of the sessions.
We make sure the portion sizes are sufficient to be sustainable outside of bootcamp. We run cookery and nutrition workshops and give you tips, ideas and recipes that you can put into practice when you get home. We cater for all dietary requirements. Just advise us of these at the time of booking.
QUALITY V QUANTITY
We take no more than 12 residents at any one time. Our team is friendly, and we have a very nurturing and supportive environment. Our programme is busy and hard work at times, but we also know how to have FUN. If it isn't challenging you it isn't changing you!

Our bootcamps are held at Outfields Farm, a stunning rural location in the Bedfordshire countryside and winner of Channel 4’s TV programme “Four in a Bed” . We are 40 minutes from London by train to Bedford station and just 30 minutes drive from Milton Keynes.
We have 5 stunning cottages with options to suit all budgets. There is a 2 bedroom cottage which can sleep up to 4 people. We have 3 twin rooms and a private 1 bedroom cottage. All cottages have en-suite facilities, wi-fi and access to laundry facilities.
We want you to leave us with the skills and knowledge to carry on with your healthy lifestyle. We will work with you on the basics of nutrition, setting realistic goals and time management. We will explore the different aspects of mindset and look at what is holding you back from achieving your ideal lifestyle.
