Guest Feedback

"A totally new experience for me and way out of my comfort zone.  I’ve recently been diagnosed with Bipolar 2 and looking to do as much as I can to manage it in a positive way. Sheila and Ann are the nicest people and fantastic at encouraging you and making you feel part of a team.

The exercise with Jake was a real challenge but he was so supportive and always adjusted exercises to suit your abilities. Everyone encouraged each other. After a great mindset talk with Ann I have definitely been pushing myself to be the best I can be and taking every opportunity that comes my way. I’ve managed to stay active, I’ve bought myself some weights, walking more and even starting dance classes !   I will be going back only this time I will be working with the team to provide support on future bootcamps"
