Attending a bootcamp can be a life changing experience and you will be amazed at the difference a week can make. We would expect you to have lots of questions so we have answered the most common below. If you still want to know more please get in touch.
I am not very fit; will I be able to keep up?
Our bootcamps cater for all fitness levels. We’ll give you the right exercises for your fitness level, you will work hard, but only within your capabilities and you will have the one to one support & encouragement you need.
Am I too big, too old, too thin, too shy, too weak, too……….?
Our ReBoot’s suit everyone regardless of size, fitness level or age. All groups range in age, size & ability. Super fit or never exercised, your time with us is about your personal journey and you work to the best of your ability.
What if I am not comfortable sharing a room with strangers?
Sharing a room can be quite daunting but we encourage you to step out of your comfort zone & take the opportunity to make new friends. Single occupancy rooms can be requested but may be subject to a surcharge and are subject to availability.
What can I expect?
Each day starts at 7am with a walk and ends at 5-6pm. There are active sessions, rest times and workshops throughout the day.
Will my fitness be assessed when I arrive?
We don't carry out specific fitness tests. Before you arrive you complete a questionnaire so we know your current activity levels & medical history. You will have a 1-2-1 with Jake when you arrive to discuss your goals and address any injuries, issues or concerns you may have.
Are the trainer’s male or female?
We have both male & female PT’s.
Will I be hungry?
Definitely not! We will provide you with 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a day. You will also learn how to cook & eat this food when you're back at home, so you to continue to see results.
I have a medical condition and/or allergy? Will I be able attend?
We ask that you get a letter signed by your doctor to say that they are happy for you to attend bootcamp. You need to make your condition clear when you fill out your medical form so that we can ensure that the trainers are informed.
Will I drop a dress size / what’s your average weight loss?
We are not a quick fix weight loss camp. That said, you will train hard, eat well, hydrate and sleep well. Because of this you are most likely to lose weight and change body shape.
Will there be any ongoing support when I leave?
We offer ongoing support through private whatsapp groups.
I have specific dietary requirements, can these be catered for?
Yes. Please let us know on your booking form.
Is smoking allowed?
You will be able to smoke outside in the designated smoking areas in your free time
Is alcohol allowed?
Unfortunately not :-(
Where are the Bootcamps’s held?
Outfields Farm in Bedford, MK44 2SA. We are just 40 mins from St Pancras and Bedford Station is 5 miles away (just 10 minutes by taxi).

What do I need to bring with me?
You will find a list of what you need to bring with you here.
Do you have wi-fi?
We do have wi-fi we however we are in a rural location so don't expect super fast speeds. We are due to be upgraded soon !
Can I swap to another date if I need to?
We will always try to be as flexible as we can & will always try to accommodate any changes to dates where we can.
What is your cancellations policy?
Should you wish to cancel charges may apply. Details of our cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions at the footer of the website. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can arise and as long as we can fill your place then we will move your booking to the next mutually agreeable date.
What payment method do you use?
We offer payment plans so that you can spread the cost. You pay a 25% deposit with the balance in monthly payments over 3-6 months. Payment in full is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
What equipment do you supply?
We will supply all exercise equipment that you will be using.
