BMR is a residential fitness ReBoot getaway, (a combination of a fitness bootcamp without the military element and a retreat).

After fantastic feedback from our November ReBoot, we are delighted to announce the return of guest speaker Stephanie Chivers.
Stephanie is a habit and addiction specialist with over 12 years personal and professional experience. She will be joining us for two dates in the summer.
