BMR is a residential fitness retreat for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We combine the best of a “re-treat” and a “bootcamp” to give you a ReBoot! Our reboot bootcamp's are made to work for you. You are never “not fit enough” to attend.
Whether you want to lose weight, step up your fitness or just take time out for yourself there is something for you and all of our bootcamp programs are tailored specifically to suit each group.
We educate and support you to take control of your own health and well-being. You will work hard and our trainers will push you to show you what your body is capable of, despite what the mind may be telling you.
There are a variety of motivational talks and workshops at ReBoot including nutrition, digestion and mindset.
