We are a residential fitness and well-being retreat based in Bedford (just 40 mins from London).
For this weekend our guest speaker will be Stephanie Chivers. A habit and addiction specialist with over 12 years personal and professional experience. Stephanie is passionate about teaching people how to change their relationship with alcohol and food. She has worked with 1000's of people over the years and together we will share with you what works, so you can live the happy and healthy life you deserve.
During your weekend you can expect:
- to learn about the huge benefits of exercise on your mental health as well as your physical health
- to enjoy morning walks, yoga and group exercise sessions suitable for all ages and fitness levels
- to attend workshops on habits, addiction, mindset and managing anxiety
