booking policy:

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and full payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to your chosen course start date. If you are booking a course that is due to start within the next 6 weeks, payment is required in full. 

We offer loyalty schemes for returning customers and discounts for group and early bird bookings.  Call or email one of the team for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation charges are as follows:  

  • Within 6 weeks or less: Total fee is due no refund
  • 6 to 12 weeks: 75% of the full fee will be due
  • 12 to 18 weeks: 50% of the full fee will be due
  • Participants who don’t show up at activities forfeit the full cost

Body and Mind Reboot Limited goes to all reasonable lengths to limit these risks as far as possible. MEDICAL information:

Once you have booked your Reboot you will be required to complete a Medical & PAR-Q questionnaire.  If any clients have any medical concerns or conditions, we recommend you seek medical advice from your GP before booking.  All information supplied is completely confidential.

 

insurance cover:

It is advised that the client buy separate holiday insurance cover against sustaining an injury and withdrawing from BMR. In this instance there will be no refund or offered alternative dates from BMR. BMR endeavours to keep the client safe from further injury and will assist the client with paperwork to claim from insurance.
