What to expect
Whether you are coming to bootcamp to join us for a day or a week you will work hard and have lots of fun at the same time. There a lots of varied fitness sessions and workshops. You will leave us you with lots of new knowledge and the motivation to maintain your fabulous and healthy lifestyle.
When you arrive at BMR we will get you settled into your room. You will be given a tour of the facilities, and we will introduce you to the team and your fellow Re-Booter's.
There will be a welcome session followed by a 1-2-1 session with your Personal Trainer and the option of weigh in and measurement so we can calculate your maintenance and weight loss macros.
You will then get straight into the programme with your first training session.
At the end of the day you will enjoy a delicious and nutritious dinner. In the evenings you will have time to to chill out in your room, go for a walk or relax in the hot tub.

During your down time you can take the opportunity to go out for a walk, read a book, watch a movie or relax in the hot tub. You can also book the following treatments during your stay with us.
